Browse, search, and import templates directly from within Todoist.
With Todoist templates, optimize the agenda for your next work meeting, try out a new productivity method, improve the planning process for your studies, and discover many other useful workflows.
Use a template
- Click the three dots icon in the top-right of any Todoist project. This opens the project menu.
If you're starting from scratch, click the Add icon in the sidebar.
- Click Browse templates.
- Use the search bar to find a specific template or scroll down to browse the list of templates.
- Select the template you want to use.
- Click Copy to My Projects. The template will be added as a new project to your My Projects workspace.
Create a template from your project
To create a template from your own projects, export the project as a link or a CSV file. Save this link or CSV file in a safe place, in case it's needed.
To use the template, import it to a new project.
